We want students in our College and Career Pathways program to succeed and secure a job they can be proud of. All students enrolled in a Pathways program are eligible to receive the following support services.

Meet one‑on‑one with a Career Advisor who will help you set goals, explore options, and make a plan that fits your life.

Career exploration

Learn about different jobs, discover what you’re good at, and find career paths that match your interests.

Resume and cover letter advice

Get support writing or improving your resume and cover letter so you can confidently apply for jobs.

Interview practice

Practice answering common interview questions and get feedback to help you feel prepared and confident.

Mentoring

Connect with a professional mentor who can share advice, encouragement, and real-world insight as you work toward your career goals.

Information sessions

Representatives from local companies, colleges, and training programs will share what they offer. You can ask questions about next steps.

Career, college, and resource fairs

Explore job opportunities, talk with employers and postsecondary programs, and connect with community resources, all in one place.

Connections to utility, childcare, transportation help, and more

Get help finding childcare, transportation, utility support, and other resources that make it easier to focus on school and work.
