Help an elementary-aged child in Clairton City Schools or Catalyst Charter Academy develop reading skills using lesson plans tailored to your student's progress. Tutors are asked to commit 2 hours each week during the school year. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and obtain FBI, Child Abuse, and PA State Police clearances as well as complete mandated reporter training (paid by Literacy Pittsburgh).
